In a year of changes, challenges and limited resources, the Arkansas Cornbread Festival will not take place this Fall. As we move into 2022 and beyond, ACF will continue to look to our wonderful community to make possible the celebration of southern food and culture in our SoMa neighborhood. As always, take care of yourselves, and here’s to coming together again soon!
Vendor and Cornbread Competition applications coming soon!
Love music? How about food? And art?
Arkansas Cornbread Festival has been serving up all this and more since 2011.
This fun festival is packed with unique things to see and do. The cornbread competition puts culinary skills to the test for home cooks and professional chefs alike. The main stage and a couple of small entertainment spots, present a full day of music from a variety of incredibly talented acts. Local brews and tasty nosh from area restaurants and yummy food trucks fuel both body and soul, and unique Arkansas gifts–along with the artists who made them–can be found in the South Main (SoMa) community in Little Rock at the Arkansas Cornbread Festival. With the Cosmo Kids Zone, even the littlest festers will find big fall fun in SoMa.
Admission is free, but to savor every morsel of the Cornbread experience, be sure to purchase a Cornbread Tasting Ticket. With a ticket, you can sample each competitor’s recipe then vote for your favorite cornbread contender. Your votes determine who will receive cash-prizes for best cornbread and side item!
A true fan favorite, droves of folks head to SoMa year after year to experience this award-winning festival. With so much fun, food, music and artisan creations, it’s easy to see why.
